The registration form must be completed in full, including information on membership/non-membership in SOTS, SK SaPA or SKF.

For the purpose of determining the registration fee, the decisive date is the date on which the payment is credited to the account of the congress secretariat, not the date of registration. If an incorrect amount is paid, you will be charged the difference up to the applicable participation fee valid on the date the payment is credited to the account, following verification of valid membership in SOTS, SK SaPA or SKF and payment of the relevant membership fee.

The information provided in the participants’ electronic registration forms is used as the basis for preparing registration lists, name badges and certificates. It is therefore important that all information is completed carefully and correctly.

It is not sufficient for nurses or physiotherapists to register for the Červeňanský Days only through their respective professional chamber. They must also register electronically via the official Červeňanský Days website.

The contractual relationship between the participant and the organiser is governed by the general terms and conditions published on this website. By submitting the registration form, the participant confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
